Aaron Dalton channels more than two decades of deep expertise in engineering, woodworking, drafting and robotics into inspiring the next generation of creators and problem solvers.
Aaron directly engages with students by teaching a dynamic range of middle and upper school courses, including Robotics, Architecture, Woodworking, Engineering and the Sixth Grade Experience. His primary mission is to cultivate early comfort and confidence in technical skills, effectively preparing young learners for future careers through hands-on, real-world applications.
Aaron previously served as the principal of the North Kansas City Schools Career Center, Coordinator of College and Career Readiness for North Kansas City Schools and Assistant Director at a local career center. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor for Metropolitan Community College in the Engineering Technology program.
An alumnus of the University of Central Missouri, Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Technology Education, a Master's degree in Career and Technical Education, and an Education Specialist Degree in Career and Technical Education Leadership.
Aaron is deeply committed to supporting fellow educators. He actively collaborates with teachers to help them master complex technical tools and machinery, ensuring they can seamlessly integrate engaging, project-based STEAM activities into their own classrooms.
